Avantages

Entrepreneurial spirit, great technology with unique differentiators, extremely agile to meet customers' evolving needs, simple and advantageous compensation model, everyone from bottom to C-Suite is ready to help win the deals, strong & healthy financials, feels like being part of a family, low red tape, no strong egos, low internal politics. An overall amazing working experience. Still planning to retire at Radware.

Inconvénients

Some execution challenges when launching new technologies but at the end we always catch up. A bit normal if you want to maintain a constant flow of bleeding edge solutions in a fast paced industry.
