      Its a job (for now)

      Inconvénients

      No long term goals. Just make as much as you can for as cheap as you can. Moral is lowest ive ever seen, i hope it closes soon, im only hanging on for some form of a package.

      Avantages

      Overtimes when Available. Free Fruit, milk, coffee in canteen. Friendly, humane staff.

      Inconvénients

      Poor training, politically correct approach, when if 1 individual causes issues somehow management approaches everyone rather than talk with individual and try to solve issue. Management's lack of understanding technical aspects of work.

      Avantages

      Loved my year at the company. Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Have a lot of opportunities to do things and get to work with great people.

      Inconvénients

      Hesitant to change but otherwise no issues.
