      Good culture. Some very intelligent and switched on people to learn from.

      Inconvénients

      Needs to figure itself out - Media company? Tech company? or just another programmatic platform? Great aspirations, but sometimes no real direction or accountability from senior management.

      Avantages

      In Downtown San Francisco. Smart people on the team. Fun industry.

      Inconvénients

      Culture was toxic and it started at the top with the CEO. The CEO was a young and arrogant leader that treated people terribly and took no ownership of his poor decisions.
