Some good people who work in the field
Inconvénients
Absolutely no leadership at the top of the USA division in CT. Management barley leaves the office and has almost zero buyer or distributor contacts. Tries hard to run a fear-based organization and entire field sales team laughs. People fly around USA weekly and get zero accomplished with minimal retail buyer contacts. Tons of outdated beer in retails stores and even more in distributors waiting to hit shelves and company could care less. No clue how to market or launch new products into the USA. Folks are leaving as fast as they can.
