Avantages

-My coworkers were great and a big reason I stayed as long as I did. -Opportunities to go into becoming a technician -Don't need any medical exp/background at all, so a way to get your foot in the door to medicine

Inconvénients

-High turnover rate. Most employees there had only been at the company for about a year or less. -High-volume patients and understaffed -Little to no incentives -HR is a joke and only there to protect the company instead of helping their employees (I.e., ergonomic equipment; disability) -Told not to speak Spanish at the front desk (even amongst staff) unless patients spoke it first -Make you do the duties of a whole other position without being given proper training -The company cares more about numbers and profits than actually helping patients, and this becomes apparent in the work environment

Avantages

Pros: Coworkers were supportive and did their best to keep things running under difficult circumstances. You gain experience quickly because you’re often forced to figure things out on your own.

Inconvénients

Cons: There is a significant lack of management and leadership. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are unclear, and support from management is minimal. Issues are often left unresolved, and employees are expected to manage situations without proper guidance or direction. This creates a stressful and disorganized work environment where responsibilities can feel unclear and accountability is lacking. Training and onboarding are also limited, which makes it difficult for new employees to feel confident in their role. Advice to Future Employees: Be prepared to be highly self-sufficient. If you need structure, consistent guidance, or strong leadership, this may not be the right environment.
