The people really make this company great. You are given permission to be your full self at work which is refreshing. Has a comprehensive benefits package with excellent support for all staff
Inconvénients
The company has grown very quickly, and has almost been a victim of its own success. Some processes are a little outdated and need to be refined, but management are taking all the appropriate steps to resolve this
