Avantages
Excellent progression pathways for more junior sales people. Generous commission - realistic targets. Good training and onboarding. Very friendly, welcoming team - most people become great friends. Best-in-class product - not much competition from print publishers; demand generation products are very good (and are improving). Unique culture which combines high standards for performance with a really fun, open environment. Definitely feels like a workplace where people can be authentically themselves and fit in.
Inconvénients
Not too many cons - there were stressful moments (as in any commercial role) but definitely the pros far outweighed the cons throughout my tenure. If splitting hairs, professional development could be a bit better (training for later stages in career), also the size of the company eventually limits progression opportunities, but every effort is made to hold on to top talent.
