Perspective commerciale
Avantages
It's a super fast paced, challenging, but rewarding environment. I learnt a huge amount in a very short space of time, mainly from being around such high quality people.
Inconvénients
The pressure to perform is very high - there's no scope for dipping in performance intensity for any amount of time. They can afford to do this as the commission structure is excellent and they don't need to keep mediocre people around if they don't need to.
