I worked at Raconteur for 2.5 years and learnt a lot. I joined as a publishing manager and was promoted to lead publisher after 9 months. The role is very challenging and stressful at times, but also incredibly rewarding. You're constantly encouraged to learn and develop as a person and surrounded by a supportive and collaborative team. It's rare that you get to work in sales teams which are genuinely happy for you when you perform well as it's usually very competitive - but definitely not the case with Raconteur.
