•40% employee discount •easy to understand and use pos and technology systems (zebra) •fairly easy work when not completely overrun by customers •easy to understand online training •schedule posted two weeks in advance if you have a good manager
Inconvénients
•ever changing schedule that’s never out on time •confusing wording on marketing that makes customers more hostile when they don’t get bogo •often just 2 people running the store per shift •unpaid breaks and no benefits for part time •full time is 30+ instead of 40+ •raises and promotions very unobtainable
