      Agile is a big buzz word in the software industry these days, but nowhere I've worked has fully implemented it like Racemi. Management does not assign tasks out, you pick what to work on from the prioritized list. 1. Fast paced 2. Agile (changing directions as needed) 3. Independent work environment 4. Flexible work hours 5. The people

      Family environment in an exciting space. Flexibility and autonomy empowers employees to be creative and think outside the box. Amazing culture, greatest tech in the whole wide world

      Avantages

      Small company with a family feel where every employee is valued. Company leadership is strong and company direction is well communicated to employees - even as that direction evolves based on market demands. Across the board, the highest caliber of co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Inconvénients

      There's not always time to do everything you would like to get done because of the agile environment; however, management does a great job of prioritizing what must be done.
