      None to be really happy about!

      Inconvénients

      Completely driven by front office. No support function has any say whatsoever. Lots of pandering to top management ego reqd to survive. Low quality Relationship Managers who will do anything for ensuring a disbursal.

      Avantages

      Rabobank culture outside of M&A is positive. Can do travel exchange programs

      Inconvénients

      Poor work culture, lack of mentorship, lots of leadership turnover and general inappropriate office environment towards women in the IB sector.
