      Avantages

      Lots of OT, company truck, good benefits

      Inconvénients

      You’re just another person to them. They look at everyone as replaceable. No communication between management. Need to pay more to keep people. They could give people that have early morning pours notice before 3:00pm instead of waiting till 5:00pm to let someone know they have a pour at 1:00am. This office is a joke right now. They say they can’t pay more either but they need infrastructures help and they make more than us and they pay for their hotel and per diem but can’t give us a raise.

      Avantages

      If you want to move up or if you show interest in anything, they will allow you to try new things. The Group of people that you work with are funny hard workers.

      Inconvénients

      sometimes there is drama which can be annoying. occasionally some micromanaging takes place.

      Stable company, great people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is average. Hard to advance unless you are friends with the right people.
