Avantages
This is the first company I have worked for that actually lives up to its core values and what it stands for. The No B.S. is a very real mindset and the values are practiced everyday. They are intertwined into meetings and discussions daily, not just quoted and talked about at the beginning of every year. Everyone I have worked with has such a positive energy, is engaged, and is trying to achieve their best work everyday. It is so refreshing after working for other larger and smaller CPG companies. In such a fast paced environment, the work is fluid, challenging, and rewarding. I constantly have to remind myself I am not dreaming!
Inconvénients
This is a fast paced environment. Your day to day will change with business needs. Growing pains are unavoidable, but can be approached with a willingness to learn and positivity. Its important to have patience, empathy, and to be willing to step out beyond a job description.
