Really only one... This company is new to activity measurement matrix. Thus, they focus heavily on the activity (calls) rather than productivity (revenue generation) of sales reps. They even confuse the 2. Management will send out emails about how we need to be more productive meaning more calls. When in fact they need to say "activities are down, so we will obviously be less productive." However, for those of us who have been successful in sales, you will move up quickly here. The old reps are set in their ways, thus reluctant to change. Always complaining about calls etc... Give me a break...
