      Good benefits, great people, flexible WFH availability.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor middle management, some bullying, only listened to if you are liked/are quite senior, favouritism is key to pretty much everything, if your face doesn't fit good chance of losing your job.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
