      Avantages

      Good place to start after university providing good training on tools used in the industry and on post-edition.

      Inconvénients

      Language services provider that could not care less for it's linguists. Absolutely no employee retention (they don't even try) so everyone leaves by the time they reach 5 years. Linguists must manage several demanding clients and even more projects management and translation tools causing a daily nightmare. Terrible communication between departments, leading to catastrophic situations.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

      Hourly rate was not the highest, but at least competitive.
