Avantages
- great opportunity to work with Silicon Walley clients - opportunity for career development & travel (heavily restricted earlier in 2018) - benefits (quarterly bonuses, home office possible, flexible working time)
Inconvénients
- senior management not aligned on a company goal/ vision, thus each is after their individual goals - lack of ownership for the main processes and programs (partially improved in 2017) - a lot of global projects ending with no clear outcome, yet used way too much time, effort and money - overtimes, long working hours (early mornings with Chinese colleagues, late evenings with US-based clients and Argentinian colleagues)
