      Lots of recent graduates/young staff so you don't feel too out of your depth Good introduction to the translation industry Generally friendly colleagues Lots of paid overtime if you want it

      Inconvénients

      Very few chances for progression and repetitive nature of work leads to high turnover rate Management don't really seem to care about employee happiness Emphasis on negative feedback rather than positive

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
