      Avantages

      - business causal, extra casual - everyone is very friendly, associate level people especially so - eat lunch together (everyone used to eat at their desks but not anymore) - enthusiasm and interest in subject matter is palpable - flexible 1 day a week wfh

      Inconvénients

      - in person 4 days a week - boss is also hr manager, occasionally difficult to navigate issues that might come up

      - Monthly Stipend - Office is pretty small so you will get a chance to get to know everyone

      Avantages

      RWR maintains a positive, friendly, and casual office environment, with a great deal of interaction between senior leadership and interns. RWR operates Inteltrak, which is the most comprehensive collection of Russian and Chinese foreign investment, and all levels of the company will gain a great deal of experience in the subject matter as well as the data collection techniques necessary for updating Inteltrak.

      Inconvénients

      On the lower level, much of the updates required for Inteltrak are supplemented by a great deal of basic data entry, much of which is done by the interns.
