      Good industry, decent benefits, but the benefits just got reduced

      New senior leadership every year. Constant corporate reorganizations and strategy shifts.

      Good Friday is observed as a company holiday; however, the accounting team will be working, including the Saturday before Easter.

      Avantages

      Easy to step into from 3rd party company. The people worked with daily were great.

      Inconvénients

      Disability discrimination. Views a person standing on their right to disability accommodations as "unprofessional" due to badgering from contractor. Wouldn't accept medical paperwork directly from the VA as evidence in the matter.
