      Avantages

      Bien payé, le travail hybride et les équipes naturelles sont amusantes et compétentes.

      Inconvénients

      La vice-présidente des ressources humaines est distante et vindicative. Elle applique les politiques RH qu'elle ne suit pas. Manque de compétences en leadership et de compassion. Ne perfectionne pas les compétences de son personnel. Se gère très bien.

      Good Friday is observed as a company holiday; however, the accounting team will be working, including the Saturday before Easter.

      Avantages

      Easy to step into from 3rd party company. The people worked with daily were great.

      Inconvénients

      Disability discrimination. Views a person standing on their right to disability accommodations as "unprofessional" due to badgering from contractor. Wouldn't accept medical paperwork directly from the VA as evidence in the matter.
