Avantages
The opportunities for growth are incredible in this company. I've been here for a few years, and they are always trying to listen to us as employees and improve. I feel very heard as an employee and feel well taken care of. The salary is fair, the opportunity for growth in your job and in the company is fair, the team I work with is amazing and supportive, the PTO is great, other benefits such as education and wellness credits are awesome, and the medical benefits are pretty great.
Inconvénients
There can be some disconnect, and miscommunication struggles between departments, but this is pretty inevitable for most workplaces. And they have made great strides in improving this and trying to help better it.
