Avantages
The first few years at RVO Health were pretty great. Fully remote opportunities, trust in employees, interesting work, and overall good culture. Those times are over though.
Inconvénients
Layoffs nearly ever few months and absolutely no explanation as to why. Things are all fine and dandy during All Team Meeting and then a few weeks later, another layoff bomb drops. Fully remote work is pretty much non-existent and no exceptions apply. As a parent who has structured their life around having flexibility and not having to commute 2 hours a day, this is essentially a tactic to make my life so difficult it forces me to quit. The business strategy is all over the place and is constantly changing. I've worked on several projects that just get scrapped out of nowhere without really any explanation except "economic headwinds". The company's overall business outlook looks terribly grim. This boat is sinking and it's sinking fast.
