Avantages
I've enjoyed my time with RVM and I'm glad that I decided to work here. The owners of RVM have a real interest in their employees. They take time to get to know their employees and treat them like family. It's very common for the owners to walk through the office saying good morning to employees. During my time with RVM, I've seen a lot of positive changes go into effect. The owners listen to their employees and work toward changing the way things were done. They are willing to make hard decisions that will lead to a better work environment. Every month the company celebrates employees birthdays, welcomes new employees and celebrates changes in employee lives. Every Monday, breakfast is provided. Employees do work hard but the experience they gain is definitely worth it.
Inconvénients
As with most companies, we can always use more time off.
