Avantages
I have worked for a variety of companies in my career, and I have to say that Rulesware stands out as a group that really cares about the people who are part of the team. Yes it is a business, but there is an undercurrent of caring about us and our development that is hard to deny. From annual parties and surprises and even gifts to training, a dedicated coach and more, this is a group that is trying to empower people. Everyone is also accessible. I can email the CEO and get a response the same day, and he cares.
Inconvénients
There are growing pains associated with any company that is growing as well as Rulesware. The new offices that are opening in Mexico need some time to become established, but once they do I feel the culture will be more unified across the company.
