There is blatant favoritism for internal applicants so unless you're friends with the hiring manager, you won't get the position. And multiple positions up and cancel since management doesn't want to spend the extra money to hire another body, but instead overwork their existing employees. If you approach management with genuine advice for improvement, it's immediately shut down. Raytheon prides themselves on underpaying and overworking their employees. Thousands have left this company because of their vaccine mandate and their competitors offering them better pay and benefits, and more continue to leave.
