      I learned a new skill.

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn’t work with you if you are going through a hard time ie: family problems, death in family etc if you have been there less than one year. Also management doesn’t tell you they don’t like your working style until your yearly review. They don’t promote within if they don’t like you on a personal level even if you are qualified.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours and no overbearing middle-management. So long as you are doing your work and stay decently proactive you will have no issues.

      Inconvénients

      Dirty facilities and shaky safety history. Software is old and unintuitive.
