Hire fresher from Philippines and on time salary

Inconvénients

Bad employer, employees are not allowed to take sick leave. You will be terminated if you take sick leave. Micro management and full of dramas and long working hours which is underpaid.

Accepts freshers. Manageable workload. Good experience for aspiring recruiters.

Inconvénients

- Management: Leaders micromanage every little thing. There is no trust and no freedom to just do your job. - Culture: It’s all about the CEO. You’ll notice that most of the "good" reviews here just praise him—that’s because you have to be a "yes-man" to get ahead. - Job Security: Very unstable. They hire way more people than they need and then suddenly fire staff for no reason. - Atmosphere: The workplace is very toxic and unprofessional. It doesn't feel like a supportive team at all. - Pay & Hours: The salary is only 3,000–3,500 AED for a 6-day work week. For how demanding the job is, the pay is way too low.

Looking back on my six years at RTC-1, I am truly grateful for the experience. Like any journey, there have been ups and downs, but each challenge has contributed to my personal and professional growth. The company provides great opportunities for learning and development, making it a special place for anyone starting their career in the UAE. One of the things I appreciate most is the relationship I’ve built with the CEO, Dr. Sam Hilton. He’s not just a boss—he’s a mentor and friend who genuinely cares about his team. His guidance has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to navigate challenges and grow as both a professional and a person. This connection, along with the trust and appreciation for my skills and contributions, has made my time at RTC-1 much more rewarding. It has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. I’ve been given leadership opportunities that have helped me develop, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without that trust, support, and encouragement. For freshers and even experienced professionals looking to start their careers in recruitment, RTC-1 offers a wonderful blend of support and opportunity. I’m deeply thankful for my time here, and I miss the experiences I had with this company and in the UAE that this journey has brought me.
