      Strong market demand useful analysis results for school districts

      Inconvénients

      Not a scalable solution. Preferred methods of work are manual vs automated which has prohibited growth of the company.

      The RSP team has developed tools to automate all aspects of analysis. In many instances the data sources are incomplete resulting in the need to go through a manual process to increase the accuracy of the data and analysis. The work environment fosters collaboration physically in various areas throughout the office space and with professional staff with disciplines of GIS, Planning, and Education. The work product continues to move forward to address the need of RSP's clients.

      Avantages

      Reasonable salary and benefits, professional staff, understands what the client needs to make the best decision for students

      Inconvénients

      While expertise requires the rates provided, it would be nice to have other options that cost less but yet provide some of the information needed for decision making

      Avantages

      Work providing unique services to school districts, working on projects to improve education opportunities for children can be a rewarding experience. Small business work environment, with a nice office, good equipment, location. Good opportunity to learn from the work of previous employees.

      Inconvénients

      senior management procrastinates, sets unrealistic goals for employees, does not understand how to successfully manage business or motivate. Procrastination leads to stressful all-nighters before client meetings, where management scrambles to get the presentations finalized. Unrealistic expectations for employees.

      Significant technological advancements have been made to set realistic timelines for team members to complete tasks, understand workflow, as well as communicate with each client. We strive to continue to improve the work environment for our team.
