      Avantages

      The only pro that i found at this company was meeting my direct manager, the best manager ive ever had.

      Inconvénients

      Their training process is not well thought out, and they berate and belittle you when a task is not completed to their exact standards and blame the employee rather than looking at the fact that they didnt know how to do it correctly in the first place. I have never been so disrespected by management, their harsh treatment caused more than one woman in the office to cry. After firing unemployees unfairly they continued to speak on past employees in a negative way, which is not healthy for the workplace. The company doesn't care about you, and places zero value on how their employees are treated.

      Avantages

      This company is TRULY a family oriented environment that treats their employees VERY well. The problem with negative reviews is that they typically come from disgruntled employees that were released for not meeting the minimum expectations of the company.

      Inconvénients

      When hired for a position, you are expected to do your job each and every day. Long lunches, coming in late, leaving early, not showing any initiative, excessive absences and playing on your cell phone all day will not get you advancement in this company but rather given the opportunity to seek employment elsewhere.
