      Avantages

      you will get to do alot of work for little pay

      Inconvénients

      They only retain average employees, all the good ones leave within their first year or 2. Barely keeping their heads above water with recent lay-offs and lost the only decent account. Good work is not recognized and poor work goes un-noticed.
