      Inconvénients

      This is family run and its very clear they dont have a sense of normal world corporate business norms or ethics. Lacks boundries, absense of training or advancement programs. They had a deeply unprofessional woman at the helm for a while and did nothing to correct the toxic culture that was created as a result.

      Avantages

      Good company to work with the people are really nice. Bosses are super cool. They took a chance on me and I respect them highly for it.

      Inconvénients

      Work load is a lot for the pay I’m receiving. I’m recruiting on top of my duties already. Commission for recruiting is very low.

      Avantages

      I have given several different people Contact information for RPC. Very professional and they have high expectations from those that they staff. They want people who are serious about being employed because they definitely staff you with top notch companies.

      Inconvénients

      No come; however, the last at the front desk is snippy (has a bit of an attitude when you ask questions), short and unapproachable. Maybe she was having a rough start to her day when I was there.
