      Avantages

      Good pay scale and benefits. Their market position in media technology applications leaves them with virtually no competition, making them strong as a whole.

      Inconvénients

      One or more corporate divisions at Rovi are bleeding money, and need to be reworked or eliminated. Also, the company is essentially a technology company, and consequently does not place sufficient value on service.
