      Avantages

      Plutôt stable malgré des licenciements de 2 à 5 % par an (modèle GE). Le salaire est dans la moyenne, aucun extra. Il y a une dizaine d'années, il y avait des primes mais, avec la croissance, la direction s'est taillé la part du lion au détriment des autres !

      Inconvénients

      De nombreux programmes et groupes ont été acquis en peu de temps et souhaitent consolider leur position dans l'entreprise, ce qui entraîne des conflits (crise d'adolescence, j'imagine).

      Hmm. Cet examen est extrêmement inexact à plusieurs égards. Nous ne suivons pas le modèle GE et n'avons absolument pas de grosse mise à pied chaque année. Nous nous sommes réorganisés à quelques reprises au cours de la dernière décennie pour différentes raisons, mais ce n'est pas du tout la même chose. Je n'ai aucune idée de l'endroit où ce critique a obtenu des informations sur les salaires de la haute direction surpassant et retirant le reste de l'entreprise, mais c'est complètement faux. De plus, je vis personnellement intentionnellement un style de vie très modeste, je vis dans une maison de 2500 pieds carrés et je possède une Mazda à la maison. Tous les bénéfices reviennent à Ross et durent 43 ans. C'est une grande partie de notre succès. Essayons de ne pas inventer les choses et de les publier ensuite publiquement s'il vous plaît. You made me laugh with one of the Cons being "Hard to leave once you've worked here" - nice Easter Egg in the review! :-) On the stock side, I would like to highlight that we're an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Program) and every year employees can buy and sell Ross stock. The stock price is tied to financial performance and since we started the ESOP in 2009 the stock price is up 10x. I know the request is for stock grants - my position has been to pay people well and let them invest in Ross stock if they want, or anything else otherwise. Note that we are still a private company so stock is less liquid than in a public company so we need to be careful to ensure owning Ross stock is a good experience, but often a longer term experience.       Avantages

      Great environment, room for growth, acceptance, amazing managerial support, benefits, a work/life balance, and so much respect among all colleagues and even the CEO. Yes, David Ross IS as nice as he seems all the time and makes himself available and genuinely wants to answer any concerns we have. He constantly wants to know if we are happy and he is very transparent about any business information. Overall, always a good vibe and everyone is always willing to work together no matter the department,

      Could have more easily accessible ways to obtain further knowledge, train within and grow your career.
