      Work from home, Flexible working hours, great team, interesting projects (not all of them are great, I was lucky), modern tech stack, lot of skill developers in the company that you can learn from and discuss problems

      Inconvénients

      Limited additional benefits, unclear career path, some managers are not effective

      Avantages

      3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

      Inconvénients

      The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
