      In deze rol maak je Impact, onderwijs is Maatschappelijk van enorme waarde , in je werkzaamheden krijg je veel Autonomie, in de organisatie maar zeker op de afdeling is er een positieve Sfeer, mijn Team is top, Ontwikkeling is onze dienst mijn is ook voor onszelf een belangrijk perspectief.

      - Grote organisatie heeft als gevolg dat besluitvorming niet altijd even snel gaat
