Good culture and benefits, but limited flexibility - Avis employé Manufacturing Engineer 2 RMS

As a current employee who is coming up on two years with this company. Here is my raw, uncut, and unedited perspective. First off RMS has been an opportunity of a lifetime for me. I've been furtunate enough to experience/hear the heart of nearly each of the three operations. From the Director to the managers kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to insure our voices are being heard, to their full transparency regarding major, and minor technical issues that inevitably arise. I now understand how this company has lead the way through out the years in the medical field. Although, as with anything, there is still work to be done; I am convinced that as long as their foundation continues to encourage: strong ethical standards, precise work ethics, and continue to value personal Connections. I can say with the up most confidence they are headed in the right direction.

At this moment, i have no genuinely unfavorable things to comment about.

The people are really nice and work well with you.

The IT manager lacks experience and was really hard to work with.
