      Good base pay with bonuses

      Inconvénients

      Bad leadership, toxic culture, the executives are bullies, unreasonable with the work expectations, no appreciation for the super long hours or extreme efforts. Chaos on multiple levels , would not recommend working there not even for my enemies!

      Great experience working with different test methods, i.e Caltrans, ASTM, etc.

      Avantages

      None - if I could give this company a negative stars I would.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management doesn't care about who you are what you have to say or think. They will not give you the tools you need to be successful at your job. There is no training so if you are new to the industry I urge to try elsewhere. Whatever they teach you is wrong. VP of operations hires all of their family members to do absolutely nothing but collect a paycheck.
