Avantages

Leadership is transparent and honest Culture is great and I feel I can voice my opinions and concerns without negativity Compensation is above average

Inconvénients

Availability to work is heavily tied to the client. If the clients are failing, that is likely the reason there may be layoffs. But management makes it very clear, ahead of time, if something like that is on the horizon.

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Avantages

Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.

Inconvénients

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
