      Every day is different and rewarding. They really value the skills and abilities of each employee. They know there success rides on the ability of the team. No politics or finger pointing just problem solving.

      Inconvénients

      Very busy! fast pace. lots of work and sometimes you are asked to move out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges which can be scary at times.

      Avantages

      Company is growing fast and new opportunities for personally or professional development are available all the time. You can progress faster here then anywhere I have worked. Challenging, new work scopes and customers no doing the same repetitive action over and over.

      Inconvénients

      Change. Sometimes is scary and not for everyone but I good problem to have when change means growth.
