      Avantages

      A talented pool of hardworking individuals making great things happen. RLC has a reputation for delivering quality engineering and installation efforts on very challenging projects. As a result, new opportunities are opening up where RLC has a shot a bigger piece of the pie. The office is doubling in size and will be providing room for growth in the office and warehouse. Senior management is heavily involved, cares about its employees and offers great benefits. Everyone is on a first name basis here.

      Inconvénients

      High workload. Growing 30% this year may result in some growing pains.

      Avantages

      Company is growing fast and new opportunities for personally or professional development are available all the time. You can progress faster here then anywhere I have worked. Challenging, new work scopes and customers no doing the same repetitive action over and over.

      Inconvénients

      Change. Sometimes is scary and not for everyone but I good problem to have when change means growth.
