I could not find any single pros working here.

I work at this company for almost four years, and this review is based entirely on my personal experience. For privancy concerns, posting this anonymously. This company is like a delusion—a delusion from which you will never come out to see what is actually happening in the real world. The Director does not care about what is happening in the company and always creates unrealistic deadlines. **Management** The worst management I have seen till now. They don’t have any idea what they are doing or how to manage projects and ongoing tasks. There is no domain or technical knowledge in any management member. They are always doing micromanagement and blaming you for very stupid and silly things. From their perspective, mistakes can only be from your side, and if you are at a junior level, then it is always you. During training preiod, They ask feedabck of juniors from seniors who has zero knowledge of project. and then seniors and management decide whether he/she should be converetd to permanent employee or not. In performance meeting, conclusion is fixed by themselves , they just pretend everything in front of that junior. They don't give proper training to them and at the end of traning period eveything is blamed on that junior and they say to them that your performance is not as per expectation, so your training is extended for two months. So you have to survive on stipend even after completing your training period. In reality, it's an excuse of not giving salary. They keep this things going as long as they can get by with the cheapest option. As per my point of view, based on the excuses they give for extension of training, seniors and managers should also survive on stipend only. In any meeting, managers and seniors only impose their views on employees. They only show off to share our views also. But nothing really matters to them. In short, conclusion of meeting is always fixed, you just have to say 'Ok' in the last. As per my point of view, it is not meeting actually, it's argument like court where each lawyer is interested in only proving their point! All managers and seniors are egoistic, when you disagree with them on some point, they try to prove their point is correct and you should follow it. They are very strong at playing politics. If you are a favorite of the project manager, then no other skill is required. They are more focused on who created the issue and then blaming that person, instead of focusing on the actual solution. They just listen to higher-level people, no matter how wrong or egoistic they are. Your hard work, skills, and dedication are not appericiated. **Seniors** all are just pretending that they know everything. They prepare documents, pass them to juniors, and give unrealistic timelines. They are also strong in playing politics and have zero knowledge of real-world technologies. You just have to show off here that you are doing everything rather than doing actual work. That's what seniors do here after experience of couple of years. All of them are very egoistic and try to control everyone and showing attitude to everyone. No one can literally be your friend here; everyone is busy in political games. Politics chain : there is hierarchy of favoritism, Project manager is favourite of director, seniors are favourite of project manager. In all of this, newbie or freshers who is come here in hope of learning something, end up bearing the consequences of all this. If you want to make your career dark, then only go here. They will teach you politics, not skills. No skill growth, no personal growth—only mental pressure. HR is always interested in your personal life and has no sense of real HR work. There is no work-life balance. If your manager says you have to work on Saturday and Sunday, then you have to work.
