Inconvénients
This company is like a delusion—a delusion from which you will never come out to see what is actually happening in the real world. The CEO does not care about what is happening in the company and always creates unrealistic deadlines. **Management** The worst management I have seen till now. They don’t have any idea what they are doing or how to manage projects and ongoing tasks. There is no domain or technical knowledge in any management member. They are always doing micromanagement and blaming you for very stupid and silly things. From their perspective, mistakes can only be from your side, and if you are at a junior level, then it is always you. They are very strong at playing politics. If you are a favorite of the project manager, then no other skill is required. They are more focused on who created the issue and then blaming that person, instead of focusing on the actual solution. They just listen to higher-level people, no matter how wrong or egoistic they are. Your hard work, skills, and dedication are not enough. **Seniors** Only very few senior members have core knowledge of how things actually work. Other than that, all are just pretending that they know everything. They prepare documents, pass them to juniors, and give unrealistic timelines. They are also strong in playing politics and have zero knowledge of real-world technologies. Some of them are very egoistic and try to control everyone and show attitude to everyone. No one can literally be your friend here; everyone is busy in political games. **Pros** The only pro here is that the salary is paid on time. Other than that, there is not a single pro. If you want to make your career dark, then only go here. They will teach you politics, not skills. No skill growth, no personal growth—only mental pressure. HR is always interested in your personal life and has no sense of real HR work. There is no work-life balance. If your manager says you have to work on Saturday and Sunday, then you have to work.
