Assignments given out in advance so you can plan your days. If you work hard, do your time, keep up with quality standards you can get promoted. Great opportunities for everyone if you work for it. Have a lot of social events for team building. Overall a good place to work if you learn to block out some of the negatives.
Inconvénients
A lot of work, travel and a top heavy compny leaving different direction from coming from different management. Top level management can be brutal on people if they didn't work with you at previous company or if they don't like you in general. Quick to hire and fire people who don't perform. Senior employees get preferential treatment and can get away with a lot more mistakes, getting kicked out of clients, failing license exams, etc. A lot of negative co workers who see everything as a problem when they are the problem. Corporate office is located in north NJ, not convenient for more than half of company and managers will never travel to you, you always have to go to them even for a 1 hour meeting.
