Avantages
The company has a vast pool of individuals with high expertise whom you can learn lots from. They also encourage and pay for further trainings and courses. They offer a decent benefits package and reimburse you for work-related purchases as well as gas for driving to sites.
Inconvénients
The company is not really run like a corporate and more like a mob. There is the principal who is the "godfather" and a couple of associates who are the lieutenants whose sole job is to suck up to the person at the top at the cost of overworking the designers to death with low pay. A designer is more likely to be promoted if they drink the "kool aide" and devout their whole life to the sole purpose of serving the company and have no life outside of it.
