      Constantly short-staffed and overworked on weekends and weeknights No comp time for overtime work that was required

      Avantages

      Smart people, some genuinely care about the job and their co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic and predatory management. A few bad employees with impunity ruin it for everyone else. Ignored red flags in the interview and the red flag reviews here, and paid the price. Learn from my mistakes and steer clear.
