Avantages
Workpressure and benefits are very good. Salary as well. I have worked in consultancy before that was incomparable.
Inconvénients
It felt like a lot of similar personalities work at the RIVM which obviously influences organisations' policy and processes. Processes are incredibly long and bureaucratic, reports need to be reviewed by many parties and rewritten a 100 times (I am not over exaggerating here). If this is something you can deal with, the RIVM is perfect for you!
