Unlike in so many other places I do no detect a hint of "cut throat attitude" between us. Great team spirit and helping out whenever projects need additional hands on deck. -Families and Life balance is important to the leadership and I have never felt afraid to ask for some help when personal circumstances needed some adjustments There could be more, But in Summary: I have worked in a good variety of companies of different industries and had both good and bad experiences. And I can honestly say I have not been as happy in any one of them as I have since working here. The day I interviewed with the GM at the time, I did not think it was too different from several other interviews I ahad at that period. However, when I came home, my wife said I looked happier than from any other interviews I have been to at the time. When I was called a few days later to be offered the Job I had a few alternatives with similar conditions but I had no hesitation to accept and there has not been one day since that I regretted that decision. I have developed strong relationships with both colleagues, leaders and clients and feel valued and appreciated here. When I did read some of the reviews here, soon after my start date, I could not identify a single one of the concerns raised by others, in my own experience.
Inconvénients
Although the office is in a great location, the new office is up three steep flights of stairs with no elevator so you need to be ready for a good work out in the mornings and break times to come to work...
