Small company, but has support of large parent. Convenient location. Decent work/life balance. Decent benefits.
Inconvénients
Comany is faultering. Major downsizing with no apparent direction to re-grow or move forward. Products are not industry leading and are in need of major improvements. Heavy competition from major manufacturers. Parent company does not listen to the needs of its subsidiaries.
